Orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing then depends on the destination and carrier route. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times by region.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If an order is shipped in more than one parcel, each parcel will have its own tracking number.

Please review the measurements and fit information shown on this product page before ordering. Measurements may vary by design, fabric, and cut, so please do not select a size solely based on your usual size. Where available, use the product’s Size Guide.

Prices displayed by Lolitaovia are tax-inclusive. Lolitaovia bears applicable customs duties and import charges for shipments we arrange, so customers should not be required to pay an additional import charge upon delivery. If a carrier requests payment, please contact us before making any payment.

A change or cancellation request may be submitted before an order has been shipped. A request is effective only after written confirmation from Lolitaovia. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number together with clear photos or video evidence where applicable. After review, eligible cases may be resolved through a no-cost replacement or a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the reason for the request, the customer’s location, and the item’s condition. For a size exchange, please contact us within 2 calendar days. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retain their original tags. Hygiene-sensitive items and certain change-of-mind requests are not eligible. Statutory cancellation rights for UK customers remain unaffected.
