Shipping

Orders ship from the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is completed and the order confirmation email is sent. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal public holidays. Estimated transit time varies by destination and is explained in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes covered by that policy are paid by Lolitaovia.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Shipping costs, destination estimates, carriers, tracking, address changes, and delivery exceptions are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Customer Service

Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Los Angeles time, and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal public holidays. We provide an initial response within 24 hours, excluding those closed days. For order assistance, include the order number and the email address used at checkout.

Returns are sent only to the United States return warehouse address supplied after a return request is approved. The business address above is not the return address.
