This policy explains the permitted use of Lolitaovia website content and how to report an intellectual property concern.

Scope and Rights Holders

This policy applies to content displayed through https://lolitaovia.com, including text, branding, page elements, product photographs, graphics, video, customer submissions, and other materials. Rights can belong to Sporty Casual Inc, a supplier, photographer, designer, customer, platform provider, or another licensor. Display on the website does not by itself transfer ownership to Lolitaovia or to a visitor.

Website and Brand Content

Original website copy, page design, and Lolitaovia brand content created for the store are owned by Sporty Casual Inc, except where a notice identifies another rights holder. Product photographs and other product materials may be supplied by suppliers and are used with permission for product display and sales promotion.

No content on the website transfers ownership or grants a license except as expressly stated in writing or required by law.

Where content is supplied by a third party, the third party’s applicable rights and terms remain in effect. Lolitaovia does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because it appears on a product or store page. Products are sourced as supplier-provided white-label goods. Unless a product page expressly and accurately states otherwise, Lolitaovia does not claim to be an authorized dealer, official partner, licensee, or representative of a name that appears in a navigation category, style label, or descriptive product term.

Permitted Use

Visitors may view and use the website for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes. Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, scraped, republished, or commercially exploited without permission from the applicable rights holder, except where the law allows it.

Permitted personal use does not include removing rights notices, using content to train a commercial system, creating or operating an unauthorized commercial catalog, or using content to imply that another store is Lolitaovia or is affiliated with Lolitaovia.

Trademarks and Brand Identity

The Lolitaovia name, logos, and related brand elements may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.

Customer Content

Customers should submit only reviews, photographs, or other content they have the right to share. Submissions must not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Customers retain ownership of the review content they submit through Judge.me. Lolitaovia uses review text, photographs, and videos only to display and manage reviews on the store and does not use that content in advertising or other promotional channels. Any additional permission relating to customer content must be presented when the content is submitted or obtained separately as required by applicable law. We may restrict or remove content when reasonably necessary to address a substantiated rights complaint, privacy concern, unlawful material, or platform requirement.

Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern

To report material believed to infringe an intellectual property right, email help@lolitaovia.com and include:

• The rights owner’s name and contact information.
• Identification of the work, trademark, or other right concerned.
• The exact website URL and a description of the material concerned.
• A good-faith explanation of why the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information supplied is accurate and that the sender is the rights owner or is authorized to act for the rights owner.
• The sender’s physical or electronic signature when required.

The notice should distinguish the protected work or right from the material complained of and identify each relevant URL. Do not send unrelated personal information or complete payment credentials.

We may request additional information, forward the notice to the relevant party, remove or restrict material when appropriate, or take other action required by applicable law. Knowingly false or misleading notices may have legal consequences.

Review Process

After receiving a sufficiently clear notice, we will identify the material, review the information supplied, and determine whether more information or action is reasonably required. We may preserve relevant records, contact the person or provider associated with the material, temporarily restrict access, restore material when appropriate, or refer the parties to the process required by applicable law.

Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal, transfer of ownership, payment, or another requested outcome. The decision depends on the rights asserted, evidence supplied, applicable law, and any response from the relevant party.

Response by an Affected Party

A person whose material is restricted may contact help@lolitaovia.com with the relevant URL, the earlier notice or reference, an explanation of the claimed authorization, and supporting information. Any formal counter-notice right required by applicable law remains available.

Product Authenticity or Brand Concern

A concern that a product listing misuses a brand, falsely claims authorization, or contains another intellectual property issue should be reported through the same email route. Include the product URL and the specific statement, image, or mark concerned. Intellectual property complaints are separate from ordinary product quality, shipping, or return requests.
